The muscle for the hard stuff — pianos, safes, appliances, and gym equipment moved safely, with the right technique and equipment.
Easy Moving Pros moves the heavy, awkward, and valuable things other people won't touch: upright and baby grand pianos, gun safes, refrigerators, washers and dryers, treadmills, and full home-gym setups. We protect your item, your floors, and your doorways, and we get it where it needs to go safely.
Tell us what you've got when you book so we bring the right crew size and equipment.
A piano is the one item where technique matters more than strength. The weight sits high and unevenly, the casework damages easily, and the legs on a grand are not structural — they are the first thing to break when a piano is tipped the wrong way. Our crews move uprights, spinets, consoles, and baby grands with straps, padding, and a planned route rather than brute force.
When you call, tell us the type of piano, how many steps are involved at each end, and the narrowest doorway it has to clear. That tells us the crew size and whether we need anything beyond our standard kit, and it means you get an accurate quote instead of a surprise.
One honest caveat: we are labor-only movers who handle pianos carefully and often — we are not a specialty piano-moving company with a piano board and a dedicated rig. For a concert grand, a piano going up an exterior staircase, or an antique instrument of serious value, a piano specialist is the right call and we will tell you so on the phone.
An upright or console piano moved on one level is usually inside the 2-hour minimum ($180). Stairs, a grand, or a piano plus a full move will take longer or need a third person — call with the details and we will quote it before we come out.
Yes. Our crews are experienced with upright and grand pianos and use proper straps, padding, and technique to move them safely. Call with the piano type and your stairs/doorway details for a quick quote.
Yes — safes, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other heavy appliances are routine for us. Let us know the weight and access so we bring the right equipment.
Our base rate stays $90/hr for a 2-man crew. Very heavy or specialty items may need a larger crew — we'll give you a quick custom quote up front.
Tell us when, where, and what — we'll bring the crew. Same-day availability.
